Dr. Meera was patient and listened to what I shared about my conditions. Have had seen many docs and specialists and a large # of comparisons from the Ivy-League docs (UCLA, COH, on and on), she is extraordinarily patient and listened before making any final diagnosis. Many others esp. the busy ones give me the most 2 minutes and their Visit Closing routine like this: "Oh, ok, just do this and if not improve, call my office." For many others, you would wait for sometimes despite you make efforts to arrive on time. Many others don't even respect/appreciate patients' times or suffering. Their #1 trait is lack of empathy.

The medical professional who is holding this healthcare business has dedicated her life to help people and only for that her bravery to stay tune must be respected. Finally, my hardworking son has realized about necessity to trust medical doctor, and this later was assigned to him by Blue Shield HMO. So, doctor was nice and responsible, in a food shape and fitness, and the initial support we were looking for was fully demonstrated. Thank you, Dr. Modi!

If I could re-do the last 3 months I would have never switched to this doctor. I have to call on a daily basis and continue to remind the staff at the front desk to do anything. come here if you don’t want to get the appointments and help you need. I have been in pain with corbital tunnel syndrome since october and it is now January. This takes 6-8 weeks to heal, but I haven't even started physical therapy so i’m still in pain. I also need to see an obgyn, and explained the urgency to the doctor in the beginning of November. I have called to remind them numerous times but I still have no appointment for this. The doctor seemed nice and knowledgeable, but you only see her at your initial apt and then you have to rely on the staff to get things done and it’s just not happening for me. It has been a horrible experience that I don’t wish on anyone.

The worst primary care Physician I have ever seen. First of all its cash only. Yes that is shady. She makes you come in and pay for a visit if you need anything at all - even if its routine and youve gone over it a million times with her. She'll soak you for every penny and make you bend over backwards. Total waste of time and incredibly frustrating. Stay away.
