This food was exceptionally extraordinary! The best flavored and textured mac n cheese ever. The dirty rice and salmon was spectacular. The cabbage just needed a bit more seasoning. The service was wonderful and I love the location and all the other businesses that surrounded it. Do yourself a flavor and go on through!

Y’all I came out here in 23 and had a plate of the oxtails with the mac, cabbage, and the rice. When I say I almost ate the plate to cause ohh myyy goodness!!! I am on my way for another today and I just know JS gone snap on this food!! Thank you for blessing my taste buds with your food!!

First timer to this spot, and it won't be my last! I heard so much about the Jerk chicken pasta.. At first, I was like this is kinda pricey, but look at the picture below and you'll see why.. This is easily 4 portions if you split the chicken thighs into 2! After ordering, it took about 20 minutes to get my food, and it was piping hot!! There's creamy pasta and well seasoned- a touch spicy- jerk chicken.. I was with my sis and dad, and we all agreed 5 out of 5!! Thanks!

10/10 rating & here’s why!

For starters, I was reluctant because of the mixed reviews. It gave the impression that the Desoto Location wasn’t good but Let me tell you…
It was amazing! I ordered the Turkey Leg Stuffed w/Lobster Mac and cheese and it was delicious! Not too salty or spicy which is just like I like it! Just enough to be considered comfort food. And the serving was big, I couldn’t eat it all in one sitting. It is a bit pricier but I definitely think it’s worth it. This dish is definitely one of my favs. The way the Turkey SLID OFF THAT BONE sent me straight to my happy place (I’m a foodie if you couldn’t tell). And let me not forget to mention that I didn’t start eating until I made it home like 15 minutes later and when I opened it up IT WAS STILL HOT! Like howww I love my food hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, and it was ALL 3!

What’s my point If you haven’t tried it yet… just go. It was worth every penny to me!
Oh yeah, that sweet potato cake Blessed my soul too! It was the icing on the cake!

I ate here when I was in town from Florida. I had the vegan oxtails. My sister had a dish with shrimp as well as my mom. We absolutely loved the food. I raved about it all the back to Florida. My go to place when I'm in Dallas. The only thing is the oxtails are not served at the location I visit anymore on the weekends. But I'm willing to drive to their other location. Best Vegan food so far.

I ordered the shrimp nachos with a side of beef. When I arrived everything was in little small containers. I had to put everything on the chip myself. Very disappointing because it wasn't enough chesse to cover all my chips. I paid 23 dollars. J I want my 23 dollars back. You scammed me.

I bought a stuffed turkey leg and Cajun chicken pasta. The customer service was fine, but the turkey leg was a bit dry. The "Cajun" pasta wasn't truly Cajun, and the chicken was overcooked and dry. The noodles were fresh and the sauce was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The total cost was about $26 after tax. I would rate my experience four stars.
