Dr Pick has always listened to my concerns and corrected any misconceptions I may have from other practices. I wish I would have found him about 5 years ago and he probably would have helped to slow my progression down. He provides me with good information about my condition in simple and easy to understand examples. I like that he shows me both the pros and cons of treatment options so that I feel well informed on the best treatment plans.

I do like that he partners with others and had me see a dietitian as well. Wendy helps me to manage my eating, exercise habits and all around life style which keeps me on a good path and feeling so much better!! Wendy is amazing too.
She inspires me to be better at managing the daily and not focus on the “oopses” that I sometimes do.

My husband has had excellent care with Dr. Pick and his team. He and Monica have provided access to the newest diabetic drugs and equipment that fit his condition and have taken time to educate us. I agree that the office is very active, but we have never lost a scheduled appointment and have been helped immediately in emergency situations.

HORRIBLE!! I booked an appointment months in advance to see this guy, showed up the day of and found out that they had rescheduled me for a later date without confirming with me first. He had decided to reschedule me one week out from my appointment date. To find a day off from my patients is really hard these days. You would think another healthcare provider would be more accommodating.

I spoke with the office manager, who was very nice, but she could not offer a solution. She apologized and I canceled all future appointments.

It’s a shame. All the pretty buildings can’t make up for the lack of patient care. Northwestern continues to disappoint.

My older teenage daughter went to see Dr. Pick. She has had Hashimoto’s since early childhood. She was seeking a new endo as current one just dismissive to her issues. Well, Dr. Pick could teach a class on it! After waiting months to see him, he spent about 5 minutes with her, REFUSED to let me in with her even tho I know her history during her childhood (ps, no other NWM Physician has denied me access with her other first time appts) did not check her thyroid even tho history of multiple nodules, all documented and accessible to him. He did ZERO for her and told her to come back in a year. No labs, no advice.
His reviews must be paid for, because I was floored by his unprofessional manner towards my CHILD. We are not Doc hoppers, just looking for someone that actually treats this patient population, not just throws meds and platitudes at her. BTW, she didn’t even get platitudes from him. Just “Uh huh” & “see ya”
