Disappointed is an understatement for Slipping J Storage management. We were first broken into on the South facing side (with no cameras on that side) about 9 months ago and had a hefty amount of items stolen valued at around $2,000. Today we went to retrieve an item from our unit and discovered our locks cut AGAIN and even more items stolen. We have spent over $100 in new locks and we were only offered a “sorry”. No new locks offered, additional security with cameras on that side that has been broken into twice now, no free months for having our unit broken into. We had nothing but great interactions with them before, but after being broken into twice; I cannot recommend their business to anyone due to the negligence on their part.

Slipping J Storage has been the best experience I have had from a company that offers service. Leslie has been angel for me in the last few months. I was given extremely short notice to move an entire home and had other expenses I was concerned about. I had to leave town during the time I was given notice. She worked to get me a space and went above and beyond to help accommodate me and even offered her personal number if I needed her over that weekend. I recommend this business to everyone and will be forever grateful that the owners reminded me in a time of great stress that there are still kind people in this world that are willing and able to help if you are willing to share your story.

Clean well-maintained facility. The owners are very friendly and will go out of the way to help. I recently moved out and they had lost power to the area rendering the gate inoperable. I called the office and they immediately sent someone to manually open the gate so I could remove the rest of my belongings. That is great service on a Saturday. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the area.
