Crinkle cut fries good quality and portion good. Combos don’t include drinks. $36 and change for 2 people at a fast food is Terrible especially when the meat item is skimpy. They should take it off menu if they can’t give an appropriate portion.

Soft serve I can tell would be great but the mango milkshake is just mango flavoring in soft serve.
Sandwich onion rings and shake with no ranch was just over $17.

Philly cheesesteak sandwich
The sandwich isn’t bad if you like pepper, also there was bones in the meat.
I will say the oil they use seems to be clean because the rings seemed fresh.

I love there food, and it’s always a must have when i come back to visit. Originally from Visalia but live in Vegas now. And today I went through drive thru And the girl who gave me my order gave me a look when I had asked if there was ranch in the bag. I understand that customers might ask, but doesn’t mean you give a face. This was around 3:30pm today.

Was given wrong food. Service bad... Hi today 12/19/24 my abover review was just a fluke. My friend n I eat only J's burgers today they were outstanding just like I remember for last 5 yrs.
I just want to correct my last review service was bad but food .. now the people who work there are like family . .

It's a shame, but I can't find any burger place with decent food, reasonable prices, and customer service.
Second visit here. First time was OK all around.
This time, SO disappointing! The girl, yes girl, at the counter had to be convinced to tell me the price between a combo and a la carte. I ordered and paid. Got my teeny drink cup. One machine was not working. I went to the counter to seek help. Girl ignored me. I finally rudely barged into a conversation and asked about the drink machine. She went over to it and turned a key which apparently turns it on. No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing.
When my order was ready, I saw immediately the onion rings were WAY overcooked. I pointed this out and had them make them again. I think they just put the same ones in a new bag. Still looked burned to me.
I left with no intention of ever returning. That's probably what she wants anyway.

the food is so good but they can work in there customer service. they have this girl that’s super skinny black hair and white she was so rude and just starring everyone down. she looks like she doesn’t want to be there and acts like she’s not there to work like she’s there to just be talking. great place just do better.
