Excellent Surgeon and Staff. Throat and sinus surgery can be painful and uncomfortable after surgery. My pain experience was much lower and better than is medically suggested. I believe his surgical skill is why I had the great post surgery experience. His staff in this medical group are excellent. Gail, Amanda and Tina made sure provide excellent support. Strong recommendation.

I just walked out in to the office, and asking for help. Even though Dr Teitelbaum was booked , but he accepted to visit me. He spent time to discuss issues and did excellent management.
Every one in office were very nice , and did best for me. I really appreciate Dr Eitelbaum, his NP and audiometrist doctor and others.

This Dr and office are the most disorganized and uncaring office i have ever been to. If you go here your health is at risk. I first saw Dr Teitlebaum in May for trouble swallowing and sleep apnea. There has been dub par care from the beginning. They schedule tests with companies that cant do or want me ta wait 4 months, they refer me to sleep apnea Dr who doesnt take new patients and when i tell them that they claim they will refer me to another office and then never do. Ive gone to have tests where they have not sent the information that Dr needed to evaluate me. I've gone in and talked to them and requested action and they promise to do things snd months go by and nothing happens. Today I callec to talk to an office manager and there was no one there who was a manager. The woman I did talk to did not listen and did not care and offered no customer service. Even when I told her i was going to file a formal complaint! They say they will do things and never do them. Its been over a month waiting for a new referral for a Dr who can deal with Central sleep Apnea- putting my life at risk. Its very clear they are completely disorganized and do not care about their patients!!!! 6 months of waiting and mistakes!!!!
Your life is at risk if you go to them as a patient- AND THEY DO NOT CARE
BEWARE BEEARE BEWARE

I recently had a Tonsillectomy done with Dr. Teitalbam and my experience was incredible. Each nurses made an effort to make me comdoetable and explain everything to me thoroughly so I know exactly what's happening during my surgery. Not only that but after my surgery they didn't hesitate to pick up my call when I asked for a refill in my prescription. I was skeptical due to the mixed reviews but do not believe them because his staff and Dr T was awesome!!

Dr. Tietelbaum successfully treated my progressively worsening swallowing difficulty, resulting in no longer needing a PEG tube. His knowledge, skill, and
investigative approach, solved my problem. His warm personality and encouraging manner marks a true physician. He is a rare gem!

I’m a long time patient of Dr Teitelbaum’s colleague in his office in which he shares on call after hours with. I was in serious pain from a sinus infection and had contacted the office but my doctor wasn’t there. I left a message & later the pain intensified so I called the on call doctor. Dr Teitelbaum did not return my calls for 6 hours when finally reach we had a 2 min 34 sec conversation in which he told me 4 times it’s 4am, he told me he does not have access to my chart 2 times, He told me that he CAN NOT Help me over the phone and said I should have went to the ER instead of calling him at 4 am.
I told him I don’t even know which hospital my doctor used for emergencies. He didn’t tell me that either I had to ask by name of hospital.
So this doctor is lacking compassion for people in need of his help, and apparently he has trouble helping a patient by use of knowledge because he stated more than once that he could not get in my chart. So I am assuming he needed to look up how to treat pain from a sinus infection. I would not ever let this man practice on me. I wonder if all his colleagues patients are being treated in this manner and they haven’t spoken up about it

I apologize for the length, but would like to advise of my entire story. I went to Dr. Teitelbaum due to having extreme obstructive sleep apnea. I was on a CPAP for over a year and would just subconsciously tear my mask off in my sleep. Well, I ended up in the hospital with extremely high blood pressure (which I never used to have), and was sent to a heart specialist. My heart doctor tested everything and advised my heart is in perfect shape, then asked me if I had apnea, and I advised yes. My doctor told me I was on the verge of having a stroke. He got me on blood pressure medications and advised me to seek an alternative solution to my apnea, such as surgery. I have had quite a few friends recommend Dr. Teitelbaum, as they had the same type of surgery and it helped them. The surgery could not have went better!! After some recovery, I have my own Blood Pressure Tester and Oximeter and my blood pressure is beginning to get low enough, that I will be visiting my heart doctor and most likely be getting off of them altogether, and my Oxygen has not dropped below 85% for more than 1.9% of the night and never really dropping below 80%. This is basically a full recovery. Prior I would drop to 38-42% o2, which really would have ended up killing me had I not done something eventaully. This doctor basically saved my life! Thank you Dr. Teitelbaum!

P.S. I have read a couple reviews addressing his bedside manner is abrasive, and I now do not agree with those statements (reviews). I believe this Doctor is just a "straight-shooter" and tells you the honest truth, and that can hard for some during perilous times. I personally appreciate honesty. Also, I sleep like a baby now. 😉
