I want to share my frustration with the service I received from one particular bartender during my visit. The atmosphere was great, and the music was on point, no doubt about that. But when it came to this bartender—if you don’t enjoy your job or would rather be somewhere else, maybe it’s time to find another profession.

I stood at the bar for 30 minutes, watching him serve everyone around me while ignoring me and a few others. It was disappointing, especially because so many Black people support businesses run by others because they tend to have things together. This guy really ruined my night. My group, six of us, spent nearly $140, with each person having their five drinks minimum. I won't lie—the music was good, but one bad experience ruined the whole evening for us.

Y'all ruin the neighborhood. Can't even drive down the street because all your patrons are standing in it. Why not be a responsible part of the neighborhood and try to curtail that instead of contributing to it being one you can't even live in? Please start telling your customers to have some respect for the neighborhood they are sharing with what is a mostly residential area. It's not too much to ask to be able to drive down Bruxelles. People should be able to drive down their own street without a crowd of people in the way. Put more tables on the sidewalk or something.

This is a good place to hang out with friends and have drinks, or if you're just looking for somewhere to go chill and vibe with the crowd. Good drinks. The kitchen sells food. Everybody loves chicken plates when drinking ? ? ‍♂️
