We could not recommend J & J Pools enough!! It was an incredible experience. They answered every text and/or call we made. They answered every question we had! They never made us feel like we were annoying them. (And we probably were! lol!) They had to do a total chip out in the horrible heat and they showed up everyday without complaint. They did an incredible, quality job on the pool. It’s beautiful. Todd and John Paul and their entire crew are topnotch!!!

J&J did a replacement of the tile coping and the top cap on our pool, which was 25 years old. We needed to repair the grout and caulking on the old and it ended up being more cost effective to just replace with new. They gave a firm quote, which they lived up to even though the project did not go exactly as they bid it. We had some give and takes and it worked out fantastic. Could not be happier. They showed up when they said they would, their tile men were outstanding tradesmen and the materials we picked ended up blending perfectly on the pool. My main stipulation with them was that once they started they work to completion and except for a few weather delays, that is what they did.
