Very Impressive customer service. Ali and the girl at the counter( unfortunately at the time of review cannot remember her name) were very attentive, polite and patiently helped us find the perfect gifts for my family. Had a really good experience in store and bought many Kurtas of different sizes for family members for a wedding however as I am not local to Glasgow it was a bit of an issue coming back to return. I realised I was a few days over the exchange policy and I thought I should phone up and ask for some advice. The member of staff on the phone call was so rude and would not let me explain my situation properly and said we should just know the exchange policy even though that was our first time visiting the store. After all that she says she is unsure and wants me to call back in 3 hours so I can speak to the manger.

Asian men's & women's wear. Good selection for both, with changing rooms to try. I found the prices a bit steep, but overall good variety & range.
