Terrible customer service.
My partner and his dad went here to get a quote on a carpet with the measurements that his dad done. Got a quote back of roughly £1300 before even talking about fitting costs.
Even with my partner’s dad’s measurements the guys said they wanted to come out and measure the rooms themselves. Fine.
My partner had sent me pictures of the carpet and we decided on one we liked.
One of the guys came, wasn’t even in our house 5 minutes before he left with our measurements. Went back a few days later so I could see the carpet in person before we paid for it and get it priced up again with the new measurements.
As soon as we walked through the door we were met with a gruff “what do ye want”.
Explained to the guy that they’d been in the other day and that we were just looking for an updated price.
Anytime we spoke to this guy the attitude was dripping from him.
He asked what carpet we were looking at and then immediately told us that it wasn’t in stock without looking at his computer, even though they’d just had many rolls delivered a few days prior. Once we told the guy this he asked his colleague and his colleague did confirm that yeah they did in fact have the carpet.
We asked for an updated price and somehow it’d jumped from £1300 to £1900.
When we questioned about the £600 price jump the guy serving us said it was because our original measurements were off by a foot in ONE room and that we needed ALL new gripper throughout because we were missing a few bits throughout the house.
When hearing our confusion the guy that measured our carpets came over looked at the guys calculations laughed and walked away.
So we left saying we’d have a think about it. Partners dad went to the Uddingston store same day got us more expensive carpets for the whole house with his original measurements, with gripper for the missing bits in the house for £1050. Even with our measurements that were apparently “off by a foot” we’ve got spare cuttings to put carpet in our cupboards.
So long story short stay away from this store! Take your business over to the Uddingston branch!

If you want decent service go elsewhere, this wishaw shop is a nightmare, I done my full house in July it was a nightmare from start to finish, tried to give me cheaper carpets than I paid for, also gave me 2 different carpets for hall and stairs but I’m not as easy a target like they thought and I got my carpets replaced by the original ones I had chosen and paid for after I flipped it. My daughter although I told her not to go there they have done the same to her, the cheapest thinnest carpets she didn’t pick, but as she was in a rush to move in had no choice but to put them down, these guys have no manners and unless you confront them face to face they will continue to rip people off so they can sell your decent carpets for themselves and I know 100% that the guys at this shop do a lot of backhanded deals with other peoples carpets and are giving them the wrong cheapest carpets, so they have well overcharged her, she paid nearly double than what I paid and got utter crap carpets, don’t go to this store pick another than the wishaw branch, rude staff only interested in the money not the customer service stay clear of this dump !

Not a huge selection of carpets in store and I haven’t compared prices with elsewhere but no doubt cheaper. I managed to get a nice carpet and best underlay for reasonable cost. I just had to contact and pay the carpet fitter independently. This business has been here a while so they must be doing something right. Premises here used to be owned by Barrs of Irn Bru fame.

Have dealt with this company's Wishaw branch on a number of occasions always extremly happy with the products and service.
Recently bought a carpet which turned out to have a fault.
The company's reaction to this was superb quickly arranging a replacement and fitting. Cannot be faulted.
I would absolutely recommend this company.

Dealt with this company twice in two days. Only gave five stars as its not possible to give more. Service was amazing all the staff are stars. If ever I need anything to do with carpets or flooring this will be my go to shop
